TMJ MASSAGE

A combination of external and intra-oral techniques are used to thoroughly assess and treat muscular and structural concerns associated with TMJ dysfunction. Our goal is to rebalance the musculature to help align the jaw and reduce pain and dysfunction often associated.

Please note, latex-free gloves are used during all intra-oral treatments. 

PRENATAL MASSAGE 

Prenatal care is a vital part of the pregnancy journey. No matter what trimester you are in, massage therapy can be very beneficial. Side-lying & elevated face up positions are used for optimal safety to you and your baby anywhere from weeks 12 onwards, depending on how your belly and pregnancy are progressing.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands on treatment that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum and spinal column to help free up the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION

Visceral manipulation is a gentle, manual treatment targeting internal organs. The goal is to relieve tension in the fascial structures surrounding the organs and to enhance blood and nerve supply to it, restoring optimal function.
