WHAT IS IT ANYWAY?

In simple terms, it's "magic".

While this is the most common description, Manual Osteopathic Therapy is actually a very science based practice that holistically looks at the entire body. Manual osteopathy incorporates a variety of techniques including cranial sacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, visceral manipulation, structural mobilization and myofascial release.

The main goal is to improve blood flow throughout the body, finding any dysfunctions that may be present and reversing them to a time when they were good. The magical part comes from how gentle the therapy used to achieve this is in comparison to many other forms of manual therapy.
